I found it impossible to resist the temptation of placing an image of this new license plate on my blog. I received it this morning in an email from a good friend living in Alaska. He also bragged about the fact that this year each Alaskan received a check for $3200 from the state government in shared excess state revenue.
That sounds quite different from the policy in the lower 48!
