Barack Obama's birth certificate may prove to be the most exclusively protected document of all time. Andy Martin's request before the Circuit Court of Honolulu to gain ability to examine Mr. Obama's vault copy birth certificate has been denied by Judge Ayabe. The court claims that Mr. Martin has not presented any evidence that sufficient harm will occur if the records are not provided and that there is insufficient evidence that the public supports the relief sought. And the most shocking part of the decision by Judge Ayabe is "There is a reasonable belief that the public would rather preserve the confidentiality of vital health records." This statement could not ring anymore untrue! The public demands to know the content of those records. I would presume that Andy Martin will appeal, but who knows?

Thanks for the "scoop." Bad news but I did not expect much from Andy Martin on the basis of his latest blog. He sounds defeated and so negative.
It has now come to the point where there is no more doubt that there is something sinister going in Hawaii and Kenya. This is the biggest cover up in the history of mankind. Why? The answer is too obvious. I leave that up to your readers' imagination for now.

I honestly don't know where anyone gets their info about Andy Martin -- 'cause it sure isn't coming from his blog. Maybe people know him personally...
Anyway, too bad about the case -- onward -- to the Supremes...
Maybe if enough cases get filed up there, they won't have anything else to "look at" except Obama's fraudulent COLB, & other Obama-fiascos. ;)

Andy Martin is always late to update his own blog but sometimes he answers phone calls or emails quicker. Additionally, there are many people in Hawaii who like to run their mouths.
