Infamous litigator Andy Martin appeared for a hearing at 10:30 Honolulu time (3:30 eastern) to petition the Hawaiian Circuit Court in Honolulu to release the "vault" copy or long form version of Barack Obama's birth certificate. The suit filed against Linda Lingle, governor of Hawaii and Dr. Shiyome Fukino, the director of the Department of Health, heard by Judge Ayabe has been taken under advisement by the court. Jill Nagamine of the state Attorney General's office, representing the defendents, petitioned the court to dismiss the case but to no avail.

I learned about your blog from obamacrimes.com.
I wondered if you were at the hearing or got your information elsewhere?
Regardless, thanks do much for the update!
I got the info from Hawaii Circuit Court website
http://www.courts.state.hi.us/page_server/Courts/Circuit/7E44E6F3983DFB45EBD8325F2C.html
The link you gave:
http://www.courts.state.hi.us/page_server/Courts/Circuit/7E44E6F3983DFB45EBD8325F2C.htm does not work. I get the error code "Object not found!" on the courts website. I copied the full URL from the page view source. I'd been looking for the latest court recordings when someone on ObamaCrimes.com listed the link to your post.
Any further help you can offer?
Thanks!
Kat

I kept typing Martin in or the case number before & getting no where; then, when you type Andy Martin in the results will come up.
Thanks John!!!
We just have to wait for Andy's update. It's not posted on his website yet.
Ditto, mdwoman! I keep looking at his blog & nothing the last time I looked.
I'm not real sure what "advisement" actually means. Does it mean "we'll think about it?", then leave us all dangling weeks & months longer???
"Advisement" simply mean the judge is taking time to weigh the argument before rendering a decision.
I know it look bad when it take the judge time to render his decision but the truth is that means at least it was not an outright dismissal and at least the judge thinks there is something to be considered so I am going to look at this as a positive right now!
