I found it impossible to resist the temptation of placing an image of this new license plate on my blog. I received it this morning in an email from a good friend living in Alaska. He also bragged about the fact that this year each Alaskan received a check for $3200 from the state government in shared excess state revenue.
That sounds quite different from the policy in the lower 48!

I think the 3200 was misunderstood,Alaska always shares revenue and it depends on the amount generated,Gov Palin saw fit to add an additional 1200 this year to offset increasing energy prices.
The pipeline is only running at 30 percent,and is making record profits,I think we should open it up and flood the market.
